do it. do it because you are so much more than everything that is hurting you, everything urging you to hurt yourself. i have so much faith in you. stay strong. you can get through this. breathe. go for a walk. listen to music really loud. drink tea. pet your cat. clean your room. paint your nails. play your guitar. scream into your pillow. draw a picture of something that make you happy. make a list of all the reasons to live. visit a positive tumblr blog and look through every post until you feel the urges decrease. talk to your best friend. call your best friend. call someone you haven’t spoken to in a while and catch up. update your iTunes library. find new music. cuddle with your dog. cuddle with your boyfriend/girlfriend.
remember that you are loved. no matter how much you think otherwise. YOU ARE.
